And while Christmas might seem far away, September is the perfect time to start planning your holiday lighting.
What's New for the 2026 Christmas Season?
We're excited to welcome both new and returning customers for another season of Christmas light installation throughout the Oklahoma City metro.
This year, we're encouraging homeowners to schedule their Christmas lights early, allowing plenty of time to plan their displays and choose installation dates.
Whether you're decorating your home for the first time or bringing back your favorite display from last Christmas, we're ready to help.
Our 2026 services include custom Christmas light designs, professional roofline lighting, ridge and peak lighting, tree wrapping, landscape lighting, seasonal maintenance, professional takedown and off-season storage.
When Should You Schedule Christmas Light Installation in Oklahoma City?
One of the most common questions homeowners ask is when they should schedule their Christmas light installation.
Our installation season officially begins October 1 and continues through the week before Christmas, depending on scheduling availability.
However, there's a significant advantage to booking your Christmas lights before November.
Scheduling early gives you more flexibility when selecting an installation date. It also allows you to have your display installed before the holiday season gets busy.
You don't even have to turn your lights on immediately!
Many homeowners prefer to have their Christmas lights installed in October or early November and wait until Thanksgiving to officially illuminate their homes.
That means one less thing to worry about when the holidays arrive.
Professional Christmas Light Installation Without the Hassle
There's a big difference between hanging a few strands of Christmas lights and creating a professional holiday lighting display.
At Reindeer Runway OKC, we customize our installations to complement your home's architecture.
From rooflines and peaks to windows, trees and landscaping, we work with you to create a Christmas display that fits your home and your vision.
Our full-service Christmas light installation includes professional lighting materials, installation, maintenance, scheduled takedown and off-season storage.
We also provide photocell timers, allowing your Christmas lights to turn on and off automatically each evening.
When the season ends, we'll return to remove and store your lights so they're ready for next Christmas.
